影响女性偏头痛患者发病因素的探讨及护理干预

目的对女性偏头痛患者的影响因素进行研究分析，探讨其主要因素并对此进行护理干预。方法选择50例女性患者为偏头痛组，50例为正常对照组，采用SCL-90与EPQ评定和社会因素及个性特征的采集，再经统计学处理。结果偏头痛组SCL-90测定结果与常模组比较，两组之间SCL-90的9个因子均存在显著性差异（P〈0．01），偏头痛患者的心理健康水平较正常人群差，个性特征与正常人相比无明显差异，偏头痛的发病与月经周期有关。结论不良的心理健康因素，常诱导偏头痛发作，提供良好的心理护理能减少偏头痛的发作，月经期和更年期要及时补充维生素和矿物质，适量补充雌激素。

The Study on the Influential Factors Of Female Migraine Patients Disease Cause and Its Nursing Strategy

Objective To study influential factors of female migraine patients,investigate its major factors and specific nursing strategy.Methods 50 female migraine patients and control group 50 normal patients,using SCL-90 and EPQ evaluation,collect their conceal factor and personality characteristics,then statistical treatment.Results Comparing migraine group with control group,there are significant different(P<0.01) between them in SCL-90,mental health level of migraine patients were worse thin normal patients,there was not obviously deflection in personality characteristics morbidity of migraine was relate with menstrual cycle.Conclusion indisposition mental health always induce migraine,providing well mental nursing can decrease attack of migraine.In menstrual cycle and age critique,it is important for female to add vitamin and mineral matter in time and add hormone in sufficient quantum.
