“心脉龙注射液”Ⅰ期临床研究

对１２例健康自愿受试者进行“心脉龙注射液”的Ⅰ期临床试验。试验分为三个组（低剂量组２．５ｍｇ．ｋｇ．次；中剂量组５．０ｍｇ．ｋｇ．次；高剂量组７．５ｍｇ．ｋｇ．次），静脉滴注，每日上下午各一次，连续４日。结果：受试者用药后未发生头昏、头痛、胸闷、气促、心悸、腹痛、腹泻、黑便、腰痛、血尿等，全部受试者用药后１ｈ尿量增多，１例高血压受试者用药后心率较用药前下降１０次／分左右。提示该药能增强心肌收缩力，使每搏输出量增加；同时具有扩张肾血管，增加肾血流量的作用

Primary Clinical Study on Xinmailong Injection

Primary clinical study of Xinmailong Injection was carried on 12 volunteers.Three groups were randomized:small dose group (2.5mg.kg-1,each time),moderate (5.0mg.kg-1,each time),large(7.5mg.kg-1,each time),each was given two times a day intravenously,for four days.Such symptoms were not found as dizzy,headache,oppression of heart,short breath,palpitation,chest pain,diarrhea,black stools,lumbago and hematuria.An hour after the injection,all the subjects had more urine,and one with hypertention had a reduction of hear rate by 10/pm.The results indicate that Xinmailong has the effect on improving heart contract so as to increase the discharge of blood and enlarging kidney vessels to accelerate blood flow.
