| Abstract: | The upgrade of hospital information system has been a systematic project involving many sectors and specialties. Taking the outpatient information system upgrade project of Beijing friendship hospital as an example, this paper analyzes the key points and problems in the process of project implementation, and expounds the application of project management in hospital information system upgrade projects, indicating the use of project management methods has important significance for promoting the construction of hospital information. |
