鞘内注射硫酸镁与吗啡复合对神经痛大鼠相关痛行为的抑制作用

目的检验鞘内硫酸镁对阈下剂量吗啡镇痛的影响。方法SD大鼠30只,制成脊神经结扎模型7d后,鞘内注射不同药物组合(盐水、硫酸镁300、600μg)硫酸镁与吗啡阈下剂量组合,以及制模前预注射硫酸镁300μg,7d后再给300μg后,行相关痛行为检测。结果神经痛发生前给予小剂量硫酸镁可减轻疼痛程度(P<0.05),但作用不持久。小剂量硫酸镁可增强阈下剂量吗啡的镇痛作用。结论硫酸镁可增强阈下剂量吗啡的镇痛作用,并抑制不同原因引发的痛敏和触诱发痛。由于硫酸镁具有良好的耐受性,这些发现有助于其在临床慢性神经痛和神经痛中应用。

Inhibition Action of Intrathecal Magnesium Injection on Subliminal Morphine Analgesia

Objective To investigate the effect of intrathecal magnesium on subliminal morphine analgesia. Methods 30 rats were used to make SNL model. In 7 day after model was made, the rats were intrathecal injected following drugs: saline, magnesium (300, 600 ug). Subliminal magnesium morphine combination and one group was injected magnesium 300 ug which had been pre-injected magnesium 300 ug before SNL. Behavioral reactions were recorded. Results Low-dose magnesium before SNL could decrease the level of pain (P<0.05), but this effect could not keep long, magnesium could amplify the analgesic effect of subliminal morphine. Conclusion Magnesium could amplify the analgesic effect of subliminal morphine and should be the key site of magnesium to modulate pain.
