| 摘 要： | 目的：对101例原发性肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、大肠癌、甲状腺癌等恶性肿瘤患者血液抗氧化能力进行观察研究。方法：以30例正常体检者为对照组，各种恶性肿瘤101例，测定其SOD、GSH-Px的活性及LPO的含量。结果：各种恶性肿瘤的SOD、GSH-Px的活性均显著低于正常对照组，而LPO的含量则明显高于对照组。结论：提示恶性肿瘤患者抗氧化能力降低，机体受自由基的损伤，进一步加重恶性肿瘤对生命的威胁。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the anti-oxidative capability of 101 therioma cases which include liver cancer, lung cancer, carcinoma ventriculi, mammary cancer, colon cancer and thyroid cancer. Methods: Taking 30 normal cases as control group, 101 therioma cases as experimental group, and measure the activities of SOD, GPx and LPO. Results: The activities of SOD and GPx in experimental group are much lower than those of normal group, and the content of LPO in experimental group is higher than that of control group. Conclusion: The anti-oxidative capability in therioma cases is reducing, which could exacerbate the threat of life. |
