贵州中药材GAP基地药材中有机氯农药残留的考察

摘    要:目的了解贵州中药材GAP基地药材中有机氯农药残留状况。方法在贵州11个主要GAP药材基地采集中药材样品155个,采用气相色谱法检测9种有机氯农药含量。结果155个样品中有39个样品检出农药,检出率25.16%。其中六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)的检出率分别为15.48%、2.28%和5.81%。25种药材农药总残留量大小为:根系类>全草类>树皮类>茎叶类>花果类。参照《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》,有11个样品超标,超标率为7.09%,超标的为根系类药材。结论贵州中药材GAP基地大部分药材中有机氯农药残留量低于《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in Chinese medicinal materials of Guizhou GAP bases. Methods One hundred and fifty-five samples were collected from 11 GAP bases of Guizhou and nine organochlorine pesticide residues in Chinese medicinal materials were detected by gas chromatography. Results Thirty-nine samples were proved to have the organic chlorine pesticide residue; the rate was 25.16%. The rates of BHC, DDT and PCNB were 15.48%, 2.28% and 5.81%, respectively. The total residues of 25 Chinese medicinal materials was that: roots>whole herbs>cortex >cauline>fruits. According to 《Green Trade Standards of Importing &; Exporting Medicinal Plants &; Preparations》, the residues in 7.09% samples, which were all the roots of medicinal plants, were higher than that in the standard. Conclusions In the Guizhou GAP bases, the organochlorine pesticide residue of most Chinese medicinal materials is lower than that required in 《Green Trade Standards of Importing &; Exporting Medicinal Plants &; Preparations》.
