非脱垂子宫阴式切除术120例临床观察

目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道(阴式)切除术的方法改进及其优越性。方法将需行子宫切除术的非脱垂子宫患者240例(2004年5月1日至2007年3月31日本院住院治疗),随机分为阴式组和腹式组进行临床观察,并对非脱垂子宫阴式切除术的传统方法进行改进。结果阴式组较腹式组平均手术时间短、出血量少(P<0.01),术后疼痛轻、发热率低、肛门排气时间早、术后平均住院时间短(P<0.001)。结论非脱垂子宫阴式全切术具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、不增加并发症等优点,是值得推广的一种子宫全切术方法。

A clinical observation on 120 cases of transvaginal hysterectomy for a moderate enlarged normal-positioned uterus

Objective To investigate the advantage and method improving for a moderate enlarged normal-position uterus.Methods 240 cases who had moderate enlarged normal-positioned uterus were randomly divided into transvaginal hysterectomy group and abdominal hysterectomy group,and improve the traditional method of transvaginal hysterectomy.Results Transvaginal hysterectomy can be accomplished with shorter operating duration,less post-operative pain and fever(P<0.01),earlier anus exhaustion,shorter average stay and less bleeding(P<0.001).Conclusion The transvaginal hysterectomy has many advantages,so it is deserved to popularize in clinical applying.
