| 摘 要： | 背景与目的:了解急性髓系细胞白血病外周血白细胞Stat1蛋白表达情况,探讨Stat1蛋白的作用区域及与核基质的相互关系.材料与方法:用免疫印迹法检测急性髓系细胞白血病外周血白细胞中Stat1蛋白的表达;结果:在41例急性髓系细胞白血病外周血白细胞中,Stat1激活的阳性率为53.7%,正常对照15例阳性率为0%.激活的Stat1蛋白转移到细胞核内并与核基质结合;结论:Stat1蛋白在急性髓系细胞白血病外周血白细胞中有异常激活,并与核基质结合,可能通过核基质蛋白发挥作用.
