| 摘 要： | 目的：观察还原型谷胱甘肽对慢性乙型肝炎肝细胞损伤的保护作用。方法：90例慢性乙型肝炎患者分两组，治疗纽45例采用每日甘利欣150mg、还原型谷胱甘肽1．2g静脉滴注；对照组45例仅用甘利欣150mg静脉滴注，疗程均为4周。同时记录患者临床症状的变化，测定治疗前后的肝功能变化。结果：治疗组患者症状改善时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗前后肝功能的变化与对照组相比显示有统计学差异（P〈0．01）；结论：还原型谷胱甘肽对慢性肝炎肝细胞的损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To observe the protective effect of Reduced Glutathione on hepatocellular injury in patients with chronic hepatitis B. METHODS： A total of 90 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly assigned to receive 150 mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate （iv gtt qd） alone （control group, n = 45 ） or in combination with and 1.2 g reduced glutathione （iv gtt qd） （treatment group, n = 45） for 4 weeks. The changes in clinical symptoms and liver function were evaluated before and after treatment. RESULTS： The treatment group showed an earlier improvement of sysmptoms than in control group （ P 〈 0.05）, and the change of liver function in the treatment group had significant difference compared with that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： The reduced glutathione has protective effect on hepatocellular injury in patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
