国产苯扎贝特治疗高脂血症

目的：观察国产苯扎贝特（Ｂｅｚ）对高脂血症的调脂疗效。方法：按随机、平行对照法半入选的５３例患者分为２组，Ａ组３３例，服国产Ｂｅｚ２００ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ。Ｂ组２０例，服进口Ｂｅｚ２００ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ。连续用８ｗｋ。结果：Ａ组治疗４ｗｋ，即可使ＴＣ降低７．１２％，ＴＧ降低３０．４７％，ＬＤＬ降低１５．４８％，ＴＣ／ＨＤＬ－Ｃ降低２２．８％，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ升高１４．２８％；８ｗｋ时更为显著，分别降低１２．４６％

Effects of bezafibrate on hyperlipidemia patients

AIM: To study the effects of bezafibrate in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients. METHODS: Fifty three patients of hyperlipidemia were given domestic bezafibrate 200 mg, tid, po for 8 wk. Twenty patients were given imported bezafibrate 200 mg orally, tid, for 8 wk. RESULTS: After 4 wk of bezafibrate administration, TC, TG, LDL and TC/HDL C decreased by 7 12%, 30 47%, 15 48% and 22 8% while HDL increased by 14 28%. After 8 wk, they decreased by 12 46%, 50 12%, 22 08% and 40 51% and HDL increased by 27 13%. APOA increased by 14 4%. After bezafibrate administration, glucose metablism was improved. No difference statistically between domestic bezafibrate and imported bezafibrate was found. No adverse reactions were noticeable in the 8 wk of observation. CONCLUSION: Bezafibrate made in our country is effective and safe in treatment of hyperlipidemia as imported bezafibrate.
