| 摘 要： | “凝血瀑布”学说代表着对凝血过程的深入理解,并且该模型多年来被用于解释各种试验结果,但如今经许多临床和实验室观察,都发现传统的“凝血瀑布”学说并不能完整的体现动静脉中的凝血过程.本篇文章的宗旨就是对如今凝血理论的发展进行总结,并将凝血模型作为一种工具来对临床上应用肝素对脑梗死患者进行抗凝治疗进行展望和启示.

| Abstract: | The traditional ＇ cascade＇ hypothesis presents the solid understanding of the coagulation process which was used to explain the results of various experiments in a long time. However, according to the observation in clinic and laboratory, the ＇cascade＇ hypothesis couldn＇ t completely explain the coagulation process as it occurs in vivo. The objective of this article is to summarize present coagulation theories（a cell based model of coagulation）, and to lood forward to clinical application, especially for the patients suffered from cerebral infarction. |
