| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年消化性溃疡的临床特点.方法:以同期检出的老年性和非老年性消化性溃疡患者作对比,分析老年消化性溃疡的临床特点.结果:老年人胃溃疡占总消化性溃疡的77.4％,明显高于非老年人的38.2％ (P＜0.01).老年消化性溃疡的伴发病率为21.0％,显著高于非老年消化性溃疡的4.1％(P＜0.05).临床症状和幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染率两组人群无明显差别.结论:老年消化性溃疡多为胃溃疡,且临床症状不典型.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of peptic ulcer in elderly.Methods: Analyze the clinical characteristics of peptic ulcer in elderly 62 cases by comparing with the peptic ulcer in non-elderly patients of the same stage.Results: The incidence of gastric ulcer and complication in elder people was respectively 77.4% and 21.0%,significantly higher than that 38.2%(P<0.01) and 4.1%(P<0.05) in non-elderly patients.However,there was on difference in clinical symptoms and infection rate of HP between the elder and the non-elderly patients.Conclusion: The majority of peptic ulcer in elder people is gastric ulcer without typical symptoms. |
