动脉硬化性脑梗死患者的血脂代谢紊乱与血浆纤溶活性关系的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨动脉硬化性脑梗死患者(ACI)的血脂异常与血浆纤溶活性的关系。方法 采用常规方法测定91例ACI患者和40例健康老年人的血脂浓度和血浆t—PA和PAI-1活性。结果 急性和恢复期ACI患者的血清TG、CHO、LDL、ApoB、Lp(a)浓度和血浆PAI-1活性显著高于健康组(P〈0.05~0.01),血清ApoA、HDL浓度和血浆t—PA活性显著低于健康组(P〈0.05~0.01)。急性和恢复期ACI患者的血清TG、LDL、ApoB、Lp(a)浓度与血浆PAI-1活性正相关(r=0.28,P〈0.05;r=0.60,P〈0.01;r=0.22,P〈0.05;r=0.24,P〈0.05;r=0.23,P〈0.05;r=0.21,P〈0.05;r=0.26,P〈0.05;r=0.67,P〈0.01)。与血浆t—PA活性不相关。结论 ACI患者血清TG、LDL、ApoB、Lp(a)浓度的增高降低血浆纤溶活性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between blood-fat abnormality and plasma fibrinolytic activity in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The serum concentrations of blood-fat and the plasmatic activities of tissue plasminogen activator(tPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) were determined by biochemical methods in 91 patients with ACI and 40 healthy old people respectively.Results The serum concentrations of TG,CHO,LDL,ApoB and Lp(a) in acute and recovery periods of the patients with ACI were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).The plasmatic activities of t-PA in acute and recovery periods of the patients with ACI were significantly lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.01).The plasmatic activities of PAI-1 in those with ACI were significantly higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.01).The serum concentrations of TG,CHO,LDL,ApoB(r=0.28,P<0.05;r=0.60,P<0.01;r=0.22,P<0.05;r=0.24,P<0.05;r=0.23,P<0.05;r=0.21,P<0.05;r=0.26,P<0.05;r=0.67,P<0.01) were positively correlated to the plasmatic activities of PAI-1 in acute and recovery periods of the patients with ACI and uncorrelated to the plasmatic activities of t-PA.Conclusions The increased serum concentrations of TG,LDL,ApoB,Lp(a) in the patients with ACI may enhance the plasmatic activity of PAI-1.
