彩色多普勒超声心动图在先天性心脏病介入封堵术中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图在先天性心脏病封堵术前和术中的应用价值。方法应用超声心动图筛选适宜行先天性心脏病封堵术的患者20例,在X线和经胸超声(TIE)监测下行封堵手术,术后TIE随访评价其疗效。结果20例先心病封堵术,放置19个封堵器,封堵术后1例房间隔缺损(ASD)患者存在少量残余分流,1例室间隔缺损(VSD)主动脉瓣下少量反流;1例ASD患者由于封堵器选择过大,术后再行开胸手术。1例动脉导管未闭(PDA)患者准备行封堵术,后经造影确诊为较大的动脉导管未闭.并伴有重度的肺动脉高压,未行封堵术。结论超声心动图在先天性心脏病封堵术的术前筛选、术中监测和术后疗效评价方面均有重要意义。

The value of color Doppler echocardiography on invasive closure of congenital heart diseases

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler echocardiography on invasive closure of congenital heart diseases.Methods Twenty patients with congenital heart diseases were selected by echocardiography and underwent invasive elosure. The closure procedure was monitored by X-ray and transthomcic echocardingraphy(T(?)E),after operation,Patients were followed up by TIE.Results Nineteen amplatzer occluders were implanted in 20 patients.Transcatheter closure was canceled in a patient with PDA because the duct was wide and accompanied with severe pulmonary hypertension.In 19 patients,a small quantity of shunt was seen in 1 patient with ASD,a small quantity of aortic regurgitation was seen in 1 patient with VSD,I amplatzer occluder in a patient with ASD was taken out by open chest operation during follow-up because the occluder was too huge.Conclusion Echocardiography is high potential in choosing patients,monitoring invasive closure,evaluating curatire effect in treating congenital heart diseases.
