| 摘 要： | 目的:以同一亲本来源的7株白念珠菌为对象,研究氟康唑对其菌丝相与酵母相抗菌活性的差异。方法:参照NCCLS M27-A方案,测定氟康唑对7株白念珠菌菌丝相与酵母相的MIC值,并比较其差异。结果:白念珠菌菌丝相与酵母相对氟康唑的敏感性不同,对菌丝相的MIC值低于酵母相。结论:氟康唑对白念珠菌菌丝相的抗菌活性强于酵母相。
