摘    要:目的:从分子水平探讨红花(Carthamus tinctorius L.)的种内变异,为红花种质的分子鉴定提供依据.方法:用随机扩增多态性DNA(random amplified polymorphic DNA, RAPD)技术和统计学分析方法,对从我国新疆、甘肃、宁夏、河南、山东、山西、河北、安徽、浙江等9省采集的红花22个品种的遗传多样性进行分析.结果:根据RAPD特征图谱,通过在DNA分子水平上的聚类分析,将红花22个品种分为7个类型.RAPD聚类分析表明了品种间的亲缘关系:北方,特别是新疆地区的品种亲缘关系较近,PCR结果极为相似,而南方品种间遗传差异性较大.结论:红花种内存在一定的遗传变异,本研究结果为红花品种鉴定及亲缘关系的探讨提供一定依据.

Abstract:Objective:To study the intraspecific variance of safflower at molecular level, providing the basis for molecular identification among germplasms of Carthamus tinctorius L. . Methods: The genetic diversities and the relationship among 22 cultivars of safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L. ) from 9 provinces of China were analyzed by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique and statistical methods. Results: The 22 cultivars were divided into 7 groups based on the characteristic maps of RAPD and cluster analysis. Conclusion: There are intraspecific variances in safflower. The results provide a basis for identification and genetic relationship study among cultivars of Carthamus tinctorius L. .
