| 摘 要： | 目的 研究bcl—2在乳腺癌中的表达情况，探讨其在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化法检测64例乳腺癌组织bcl—2。结果 bcl—2高表达者42例，阳性表达率为65．63％，bcl-2的表达与腋淋巴结转移、组织学分级、ER、PR的表达呈正相关；腋淋巴结转移组与非转移组bcl—2表达的差异显著。结论 结果提示bcl-2的表达可能与肿瘤的进展有关，bcl-2是乳腺癌预后的重要生物学指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of bcl-2 in breast cancer. Methods The expression of bcl-2 protein in 64 patients with primary breast carcinoma were detected by automated immunohistochemical assay. Results The expression of bcl-2 proteins in 42 cases (65.63%) of breast cancer was found positive. The expression of bcl-2 was positively related to high grade, lymph node metastasis, expression of ER and PR. Conclusion The results indicate that bcl-2 may extend the cell viability containing genetic alterations and facilitate tumor progression. Bcl-2 is a main marker for prognosis of breast cancer. |
