摘    要:目的:评价MRI引导立体定向术在脑深部肿瘤间质性近距离内放疗(IRBT)中的作用。方法:采用颅外解剖标志在MRI引导下行单管插植脑深部肿瘤IRBT治疗78例。MRI用于术前定位、放射剂量的设定与调整。结果:手术安全率为100%,穿刺道偏差在2mm以内,54例(80%)放疗中行剂量调整,肿瘤放疗后体积缩小7% ̄90%(平均38%)。结论:MRI引导立体定向术在IRBT有重要作用;术前确定理想的穿刺道

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of MRI guided stereotaxy in interstitial radiobrachytherapy(IRBT) of deep cerebral tumors. Methods: The MRI guided IRBT was performed with singular catheter in 78 patients with deep cerebral tumors using extracrainal landmarkers. MRI was used for pre surgical localization, designing and modification of radiation dosage. Results: All patients underwent operation successfully(100%). The deviation of trajectory was less than 2 mm.The tumor shrinkage was 7% to 90%(mean 38%) after IRBT. Conclusion: MRI plays an important role in the IRBT including preoperational selection of optimal trajectory,predesigning the optimal isodose curve and achieving dynamic brachytherapy.
