| 摘 要： | 目的:测定黄芪中无机元素,为补气中药药性基础中无机成分作用提供研究数据。方法:微波消解法对药材进行消解处理后,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱检测其无机元素。结果:测得质荷比在2~260之间元素含量,黄芪富含人体有益元素,锌、钴、镍、钒、铁等元素。其有害元素汞、铅、镉、砷、铜含量均低于国家质量规定。结论:黄芪富含气虚患者所需无机元素。
