| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院西院区胃肠内营养用药的应用情况及趋势,为临床医护人员及产、供、用单位有关人员提供参考。方法:以限定日剂量(DDD)、用药人次(DDDs)、零售金额(万元)、每日药费(元)为统计指标,对我院西院区2002年～2005年胃肠内营养药物的应用情况进行初步统计、分析。结果:2002年～2005年我院西院区胃肠内用药的销售金额和用药频度呈上升趋势。结论:我院胃肠内营养用药与肠外营养用药的使用比例中,肠内营养支持(EN)用药比例逐年升高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the application and the trend of enteral nutrition (EN) drugs in our hospital (west section) to serve as references for medical staff, manufactures, suppliers and consumers. METHODS: Enteral nutrition drugs used in our hospital from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed statistically with regard to DDD (defined daily dose), DDDs, retail price and daily drug expenses. RESULTS: The total consumption sum and DDDs of enteral nutrition drugs increased year on year. CONCLUSION: Of the total enteral nutrition drugs and parenteral nutrition drugs used in our hospital, the percentages of enteral nutrition drugs are increasing year on year. |
