云南1988～2006年住院分娩婴儿低出生体重率及影响因素研究

[目的]了解云南省婴儿低出生体重发生水平及影响因素。[方法]统一表格调查分析了云南省省市县九家医疗保健机构1988～2006年间住院分娩出生的37282名婴儿出生体重及相关因素。[结果]婴儿低出生体重发生率平均为7.9%,女婴高于男婴,农村高于城市流动人口,城市流动人口高于城市人口,低出生体重发生率随年代的增加呈下降趋势,Logistic多元回归分析提示农村、女孩、孕周少、产次(3次及以上)、双胎、早产可增加婴儿低出生体重发生的危险。[结论]云南婴儿低出生体重发生率较高,其发生水平受多因素影响,要降低LBW发生率,重点干预人群仍然在农村。

INCIDENCES AND RISK FACTORS OF LOW BIRTH WEIGHT AMONG HOSPITAL DELIVERY INFANTS FROM 1988 TO 2006,YUNNAN

[Objective]To understand the incidence and risk factors of low birth weight(LBW)among hospital delivery infants from 1988 to 2006 inYunnan.[Methods]The data of the birth weight and possible related information of 37 282 infants born in 9 hospitals in Yunnan from 1988 to 2006 were collected by questionnaires and analysed by SPSS 10.0 for Windows and PEMS 3.0.[Results]The average incidence of low birth weight was 7.9%.Female infants were more likely to suffer from LBW.The incidence of LBW in rural areas was higher than that in urban floating population,however,it was lower in urban areas than urban floating population.The incidence of LBW decreased with time.Multiple Logistic Regression showed that the risk factors for LBW were rural areas,female,3 and more times of delivery,twins and premature delivery.[Conclusion]The incidence of LBW is high in Yunnan.Multiple factors are associated with LBW.The study suggests that to reduce the incidence of LBW,the objective population is mainly in rural areas.
