| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨原发性肝癌的二期切除的价值。方法：回顾性分析二期切除的原发性肝癌34例。结果：其1、3、5年生态率分别为79.4%、64.7%、26.5％，术后并发症发生率为11.8%,二期切除率为15.4%.结论:对于不能一期切除的原发性肝癌应积极行综合治疗,以获得二期切除的机会,有助于延长生态期。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigat e the va lue of subsequent resection of primary l iver carcinoma.Methods:34 cases of subse quent resection of primary liver carcino m a were analysed retrospectively.R esults: The 1,3,5 years survival rates for all p atients were 79.4%,64.7% and 26.5% respe ctively.The incidence of postoperative c omplication for all patients was 11.8%.T he subsequent resection rate for all pat ients was 15.4%.Conclusion:Unresectable primary liver carcinoma should be consid ered comprehensive treatment,to acquire the scope of subsequent resection and to prolong the survival. |
