微卡治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染34例疗效观察

目的:观察微卡对小儿反复呼吸道感染防治的疗效。方法:将66例符合反复呼吸道感染诊断标准的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予抗炎及对症治疗,治疗组加微卡治疗。比较两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白、血红蛋白水平及呼吸道感染次数。结果:治疗组总有效率94.11%,对照组总有效率68.75%;治疗组治疗后免疫球蛋白、血红蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.05),且呼吸道感染次数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:微卡能增强免疫力,治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染,减少复发,效果良好。

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of 34 Children with Repeated Respiratory Tract Infection treated

Objective To observe curative effects which treat and prevent the children whose breath ways infect reiteratively by the Mycobacterium Vaccae.Methods The 66 children patients who match the standard of reiterative infections were divived into treatment team and antitheses team.Two teams treated by anti-infect and symptomatic treatments,but the treatment team treated by the Mycobacterium Vaccae otherwise.Comparing the immunity globulin(Ig),hemoglobin(Hb) level and the times of bteath ways infections at the beginning and the end.Results The total efficaciousnesses of treatment team are 94.11%,the antitheses team's is 68.75%;the former's Ig and Hb are higher than other team(P<0.05),and the breath way infection times are reduced obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mycobacterium Vaccae can strengthen the immunity dint,treat the children's breaths way infects reiteration,and reduce to relapse,and the result is good.
