前列腺炎并前列腺增生的临床分型和诊疗研究

目的 分析前列腺炎和前列腺增生混合病变的临床分型与临床诊疗的关系.方法 将200例前列腺炎并前列腺增生患者根据年龄分为小于60岁组100例和大于60岁组100例,并根据临床症状、体征、实验室资料、以及临床随访疗效、病理组织学与影像学特征相结合对前列腺炎症、前列腺增生混合病变分类、比较.结果 60岁以下的前列腺炎并前列腺增生为主,其中炎症并腺上皮组织、肌肉组织混合增生占55%,炎症并腺上皮细胞增生20%,炎症并肌肉组织增生15%,炎症合并其他纤维增生10%;小于60岁组的以前列腺增生并炎症为主,增生中以腺上皮组织、肌肉组织混合增生占60%,纤维组织增生并炎症20%,其他腺上皮组织、肌肉组织增生分别为8%、12%.结论 前列腺炎症、前列腺增生的联合病变是慢性前列腺炎、前列腺增生症临床的一种常见类型,值得研究并结合临床组织学特征分别选择治疗方式.

Study of cronical prostatitis and benigh prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To evaluate the relation between prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia.MethodsBased on clinical symptom,physical sigh,laboratory examination,follow-up survey cutative effectiveness,pathologic morphology and image,the patients were divided into two groups: <60 y group and ＞60 y group.Results In the group(<60 y),the prostatitis and hyperplasia were dominated by prostatitis with hyperplasia;another group(＞60),were hyperplasia with prostatitis.Conclution The diagnosis and treatment of the mixed disease are based mainly on the results of the clinical features and pathologic morphology.
