加味小柴胡汤对D-氨基半乳糖所致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 研究加味小柴胡汤对D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)所致肝损伤的保护作用。方法以D-GalN致肝损伤动物为模型,观察小鼠SOD、MDA及肝组织病理学的变化,探讨加味小柴胡汤保护肝损伤的作用和机理。结果加味小柴胡汤能增强SOD活力,降低MDA水平,改善肝组织病变。结论加味小柴胡汤对D-GalN所致肝损伤有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化损伤有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of modified radix bupleufi decoction in protection of hepatic injury caused by D - CalN. Methods The animals with hepatic injury were taken as model and the changes of SOD, MDA, liver histopathology of mice were observed and the mechanism was analyzed. Results Modified radix bupleuri decoction could enhance the energy of SOD, depress the level of MDA, ameliorate pathological changes of hepatic tissue. Conclusion Modified radix bupleuri decoction possesses obvious role in protecting the animals with hepatic injury due to D - GalN. Its proleetivc mechanism may be concerned with resisting damage of lipid peroxidafion.
