视网膜脱离后视网膜中央动脉血流动力学研究

目的：观察视网膜脱离后眼血循环的改变。方法：采用彩色多普勒成象技术对60例视网膜脱离患者的视网膜中央动脉进行测量。以对侧正常眼做对照，分别测量视网膜中央动脉的收缩期峰值流速（Vmax)、舒张末期流速（Vmin)、时间均值流速（Vtax)及搏动指数（PI）PI=（Vmax-Vmin)/Vmean]。结果：患眼视网膜中央动脉的Vmax、PI较对照眼显著下降，并且患者年龄大于40岁或病程超过6个月者，下降明显。结论：视网膜脱离后视网膜中央动脉的血流速度下降，且与年龄及病程呈正相关。

Central retinal artery haemodynamic changes after retinal detachment

Objective:To investigate the changes in the blood flow of central retinal artery after retinal detachment.Methods:Central retinal artery (CRA) blood flow velocities were studied with colour Doppler imaging in 60 patients with unilateral rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,the fellow eyes served as controls.The measured paraments included peak systolic velocity (Vmax),end diastolic velocity(Vmin),average blood flow velocity(Vtax) and pulsatility index(PI).Results:There were significant reduction of Vmax and PI of CRA in the retinal detachment eyes than in the controls,even more in the patients who is over 40 years old or duration of the detachment is more than 6 months.Conclusions:There is reduction in the blood flow velocity of CRA after retinal detachment,and it positively correlated with patients' age and the duration of the detachment.
