| 摘 要： | 目的：了解台湾子宫内膜异位症患者的证型特征。方法：总结中医过去对于子宫内膜异位症辨证论治的研究成果,设计问卷,再收纳100位经由手术确诊或典型痛经症状合并超音波诊断或CA125〉35 u/mL者进行症状调查及辨证工作。结果及结论：台湾子宫内膜异位症人中医分型以气滞血瘀（64%）、气虚血瘀（20%）及瘀热内阻（13%）最为多见;其中既有单一证型,更多见的是几个证型的互见,如气滞血瘀、气虚血瘀及瘀热内阻三者同时出现的比率达22%。
