| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新型护理方法对高血压脑出血患者术后并发症的防治作用。方法临床收集142例高血压脑出血术后患者,随机分成两组,其中对照组（72例）予以传统的常规护理方法,研究组（70例）施以现代新型护理方法,观察术后并发症的发生率、日常生活能力（ADL）分级评价以及患者预后等相关指标。结果对照组术后发生并发症的有40例,发生率为55.56%,研究组术后发生并发症的有23例,发生率为32.86%,两组比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;两组的护理效果也具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,研究组的有效率高达84.29%。结论新型护理方法对高血压脑出血患者术后并发症具有显著的预防效果。
