| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单纯性心肌桥患者在64排螺旋CT中的成像特点,以及不同时相重建对应的临床意义。方法对90例经64排螺旋CT诊断为单纯性心肌桥的患者进行双时相重建并进行后处理,对后处理CTA图像结果与临床症状及心电图进行对比分析。结果 45%时相重建发现90段管腔狭窄,75%时相重建发现42段管腔狭窄,与心电图及临床症状比较,发现此改变与心肌缺血症状、心电图ST-T段改变有一定关联。结论 64排螺旋CT冠脉双时相重建能够对心肌桥的临床意义进行初步判断。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the 64 slice spiral CT imaging character in isolate myocardial bridge patients and the clinical significance of two-phrase reconstruct.Methods 90 patients with isolate myocardial bridge were undergone coronary angiography with 64 slice spiral CT.All the raw data were rebuilded in two phrases.All the CTA were compared with ECG and clinical manifestations.Results In the 90 patients,90 segment vasculars were stenosis in 45% phrase while 42 segment vasculars were stenosis in 75% phrase.By c... |
