颅脑外伤患者气管切开术后护理方法的探讨

目的探讨颅脑外伤患者气管切开术后可以减少其并发症发生率的护理方法。方法选取183例颅脑外伤患者,随机分成对照组（93例）与研究组（90例）,研究组采用综合性的护理管理方法,而对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较两组患者在术后并发症的发生率、堵管时间、住院时间等指标上的差异。结果两组患者在术后并发症的发生率、堵管时间、住院时间方面具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,研究组优于对照组。结论综合性的护理方法明显减少了肺部感染的发生率,同时也缩短了堵管时间与住院时间,有利于患者的生命安全与康复,是一种科学有效的临床护理方法。

Investigation on nursing care for patients with brain injury after tracheotomy

Objective To explore the method of nursing care after tracheotomy for patients with brain injury.Methods Totally 183 patients with brain injury were studied and divided into two groups.The patients in control group（n=93） received traditional nursing care while those in experimental group（n=90） were given comprehensive nursing care.The postoperative complication incidence,tube obstruction time and hospital duration between the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative complication incidences,tube obstruction time and hospital duration were statistically different between the two groups（P0.05）,the results of experiment was superior to those in the control group.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care methods can significantly reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and shorten tube obstruction time and hospital duration,therefore it is a scientific and effective clinical nursing-care method.
