| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼患者术后效果。方法:回顾性病例总结,对我院2000-06/2010-12共312例行小梁切除术患者,术前均予以降眼压及预防感染治疗,至局部无显著睫状充血,眼压30mmHg以下,表面麻醉下行手术。结果:术后眼压控制在正常范围287例,约占92.0%;眼压<10mmHg者3例,约占1.0%;眼压>21mmHg者22例,约占7.0%;眼压正常但随访5a后出现进行性视野损害者16例,约占5.1%。结论:小梁切除术对于药物及激光治疗后疗效欠佳患者疗效确切,对于青光眼患者可有效降低眼压、保护视功能、改善生活质量,是一种安全、可行的抗青光眼手术方法。

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate effects of trabeculectomy for primary angle-closure glaucoma. METHODS:The retrospective case summary of our hospital from 2000 to December 2010 included totally 312 patients undergoing routine trabeculectomy,they were treated with preoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) reducing treatment and prevention of infection to get the effect of no local significant ciliary hyperemia and intraocular pressure below 30mmHg.They were operated on under surface anesthesia.
