摘    要:目的用自身对照法研究复氧对缺氧狗心脏功能的干预作用。方法雄性四川杂种家犬6只,以戊巴比妥钠麻醉后行气管插管术、左心室插管术和右侧股动脉插管术。采用自身对照法,先使动物经气管插管吸入常氧空气,继之吸入缺氧气体,最后重新吸入常氧空气。于缺氧前60 min、缺氧前30 min、缺氧前10 min、缺氧10 min、缺氧30 min、缺氧60 min、复氧10 min、复氧30 min和复氧60 min记录心率(HR)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)和左心室压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、股动脉血氧分压PaO2和二氧化碳分压PaCO2。结果吸入缺氧气体后动物心率逐渐加快,LVSP先增加后下降,股动脉血PaO2明显下降,而PaCO2明显升高。复氧后上述指标逐渐恢复。结论吸入缺氧性混合气体可以导致狗心脏功能的明显改变,复氧能有效改善缺氧引起的这些变化。

Abstract:Objective To study the intervention effect of oxygen-reuptake on cardiac functions of anoxic dogs by self-reflection method.Methods Six male hybrid dogs were used in the present study.The dogs were anaesthetized with pentobarbital sodium and were fixed on the operating tables.The catheterizations of trachea,left ventricle and femoral artery were performed.The dogs first inhaled normal air followed by mixture of oxygen and nitrogen and then inhaled normal air again.Records were taken at 60min,30min,10min bef...
