| 摘 要： | 目的分析郎格罕细胞组织细胞增生症儿童颅骨病变CT和MR表现及其特点。材料和方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的13例郎格罕细胞组织细胞增生症患者颅骨病变的CT和MR表现,其中男性9例,女性4例。年龄从11月-15岁。1例只行单纯CT平扫;6例只行MR扫描,均行平扫及增强扫描;6例同时行CT和MR扫描,CT只行平扫,MR均行平扫及增强扫描。结果 13例颅骨病变中,病变破坏颅顶部2例,占16.7%;颅底部5例,占41.7%;眼眶10例,占83.3%;面颅部5例,占41.7%。结论郎格罕细胞组织细胞增生症颅骨病变在CT和MR上有较特殊表现,有助于该病的诊断和鉴别诊断。
