| 摘 要： | 目的探讨正常人群中相同年龄阶段的男性与女性脑血管弹性的差异。方法对1 588例体检者进行经颅多普勒超声（TCD）检查,将所有受检者按年龄分为31~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁三个组,检测颅内主要血管搏动指数、血流速度、频谱形态、血流声频及血流方向等指标的变化,根据各指标评价受检者脑血管弹性情况。结果三个年龄段脑血管弹性减退例数女性组均较男性组有不同程度的增多,各年龄段间脑血管弹性减退发生率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论通过经颅多普勒超声检查检测证实相同年龄阶段脑血管弹性减退发生率女性较男性显著增高,在相同年龄段中女性脑血管弹性比男性差。
