| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨国产酶联试剂盒包被板重复使用的可能性 ,并以重复测定的方法作为基层实验室检测包被质量的辅助手段。方法 以ELISA法测定使用过的包被板。结果 10个厂家 12种试剂盒中 ,7家质量过关 ,可以重复使用 ;而另外 3家不可以。结论 随着包被方法的改进 ,包被质量的提高 ,包被的重复使用可以成为现实

| Abstract: | Objective To study whether the coasting plate can be used repeatedly, the quality of coating plate produced in our country was investigated, and this Assisting method can be used to detect the quality of coating plate. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the used coating plate. Results We found that the product of seven firms in totaling ten firms can be used repeatedly, and the results are reliable. The product of three firms can not be used repeatedly. Conclusion With the development of method and coating quality, repeated use of coating plate may be realized. |
