摘    要:研究生课题阶段是学生能力形成与达标的关键阶段 ,根据多年研究生培养的实践研究 ,采用以"互 (双 )动 0 110模式"为基础的研究生管理模式 ,取得了较好成效。"互 (双 )动 0 110模式"的核心是以X管理思想为指导 ,导师与学生相互学习 ,共同提高 ,发挥双边 (教与学 )的积极性、主动性 ,使学生在知识、能力、理论上从"0"开始 ,不断提高 ,达到"1"(学习到完整的基本知识、基本理论、基本的学术研究方法 ,博士生要有所创新 ) ;导师在培养学生的过程中 ,率先垂范 ,与学生建立良好的师生情 ,倾其全部知识、能力使学生在德、智、体等方面全面提高 ,实现导师的知识、能力、理论等从"1"到"0"的转化和延续

Abstract:Graduates’ research project stage is critical for the formation and qualification of students’ abilities. With years’ practice of graduates cultivation, we have developed a graduate management model based on the interactive 0110 Model with satisfactory results. The core of this model is guidance by X management ideology, teachers’ and students’ learning from each other to improve themselves and giving full play to initiatives of teaching and learning. The students, starting from "0" point in knowledge, ability and theory, reach "1" (acquiring complete basic knowledge, theories, and research methods, doctoral candidates are required to be more innovative). The academic advisors establish sound relationship with the students by setting good examples, impart all their knowledge and abilities, which makes students develop themselves morally, intellectually and physically. This process will achieve the transformation and continuation from "1" to "0" in knowledge, ability and theory.
