| 摘 要： | 本文应用DNS-CI荧光反应,聚酰胺薄膜层析法对格氏血厉螨、鼠颚毛厉螨和溜下盾螨作了游离氨基酸的检测和定量分析。结果表明三种革螨的游离氨基酸除了构成有差别外,在含量上也有差异。

| Abstract: | Free amino acids in the female adults of three species of gamasid mites, Haemolaelaps glasgowi, Tricholaelaps myonyssognathus and Hypoaspis lubrica, have been detected by DNS-C1 fluorescent activ- ation, polyacrylamide thin-membrane chromatography. The results show that free amino acids from these three species of gamasid mites differ from each other in their quantities as well as their components. |
