| 摘 要： | 检测１０２例胃疾患患者血浆、胃液中的脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）和前列腺素Ｅ＿２（ＰＧＥ＿２）的含量，以研究慢性萎缩性胃炎，肠上皮化生与胃癌的关系。结果：萎缩性胃炎（３４例）与胃癌（３４例）血浆中ＬＰＯ含量无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），表明胃癌和萎缩性胃炎关系密切；血浆、胃液中ＰＧＥ＿２的含量胃癌与萎缩性胃炎，浅表性胃炎均有显著或极显著性差别（Ｐ值分别＜０．０５，＜０．０５；＜０．０１，＜０．０１）。同时发现随胃炎程度的加重，ＰＬＯ、ＰＧＥ＿２的含量逐渐升高。并对其在临床和预防中的作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to study the relationship of Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)andintestinalmetaplasia to gastric cancer, lipid peroxide(LPO ) and prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2)levels ofplasma and gastric juice were determined in 102 patients with gastric disease. The resultsshowed that the mean level of plasma and gastric juice PGE_2 of gastric cancer patients wasmuch higher than that of CAG and CSG(P<0.5, <0.5; <0. 01,<0. 01 ).There was a closerelationship between the severity of chronic gastritis and level of LPO and PGE_2.The sever-er the chronic gastritis, the higher the LPO and PGE levels.The significance of that detec-tion of LPO and PGE_2 levels in the treatment and protectiog of chronic gastritis has been di-cussed. |
