| 摘 要： | 本实验对31例进展期胃癌患者血浆和胃液前列腺素E2（PGE2）进行检测，并与萎缩性胃炎，浅表性胃炎及正常人作对比分析。结果显示血浆、胃液PGE2含量胃癌组明显高于其它各组，而且PGE2含量与胃癌组细胞的分化程度有一定关系。表明血浆和胃液PGE2含量的测定对胃癌的诊断，病情进展及预后判断有一定意义。

| Abstract: | The prosaglandin E_2 levels of plasma and gastric juice were determined in thirty one pa-tients with advanced gastric carcinoma and comparative analyses were made with those inchronic atrophic gastritis,chronic superficiat gastritis and normal people.The results showedprostiaglandin E_2 levels of plasma and gastric juice in patients with gastric carcinoma weremarkedly higher than those in patients with other gastric diseases and had a certain relationwith the degree of differentiation of cancer cells.It is suggested that detection ofprostaglandin E_2 levels in plasma and gastric juice plays a certain role in judging the diagno-sis,development and prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
