| 摘 要： | 本文对国内5家药厂生产的5个批号的对乙酰氨基酚片进行了溶出度测定,通过实验数据的分析处理,各批号之间的参数进行比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),从而证明了5个厂家的产品在溶出度方面是满意的,产品质量已达到了要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the dissolution rate of five lot number paracetamol tablet produced by five drug factories was tested.By observation reduction and parameter comparison,we found that differences between the five lot numbers were not striking (P<0.05).Thus it was proved that the drug of these five drug factories was acceptable in dissolution rate.The production quality of these five drug factories were satisfactory. |
