玉屏风散合泻黄散加味治疗化疗所致口腔黏膜炎50例

[目的]观察玉屏风散合泻黄散加味对化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的疗效。[方法]将90例确诊为化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(40例),治疗组采用玉屏风散合泻黄散加味治疗,对照组采用维生素B2片、维生素C片治疗,两组疗程均为7天。观察其疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为72.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]玉屏风散合泻黄散加味能提高治疗化疗所致口腔黏膜炎之疗效。

Yubingfeng San and Xiehuang San Treat Tunica Mucosa Oris Inflammation Caused by Chemo-therapy

[Objective] Observe the effect of revised Yubingfeng San and Xiehuang San on the tunica mucosa oris inflammation (TMOI) caused by chemo-therapy. [Method] 90 correctly diagnosed TMOI caused by chemo-therapy were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control one (40).The treatment group were treated with revised Yubingfeng San and Xiehuang San,the control vitamin B_2 and C,both were treated for 7 days,then observe their effect. [Result] The treatment group had effective rate 98%,the control 72.5%,the former was obviously better than latter (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Revised Yubingfeng San and Xiehuang San can improve the curative effect on TMOI caused by chemo-therapy.
