舒芬太尼的临床应用

舒芬太尼是镇痛作用最强的阿片类药物,对心血管功能影响小,应用范围广泛。可用于术前、术中、门诊手术、重症监护室患者的镇静、镇痛;或者用于临床静脉全麻的诱导和维持,可作为清醒气管插管前用药;用于腰麻、神经阻滞麻醉和硬膜外麻醉;也可用于术后患者静脉及硬膜外镇痛、分娩镇痛、晚期癌症患者镇痛。给药途径多样,可经静脉、椎管内、鼻腔、眼结膜等给药。临床合理应用安全、可靠,效果优于芬太尼,值得推广。
