摘    要:目的探讨多发性肌炎(PM)和皮肌炎(DM)外周血细胞表面CD43分子的表达及其意义。方法应用双色荧光标记抗体、流式细胞仪对PM/DM患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)和B细胞表面CD43分子的表达进行了检测。结果PM/DM患者PBMCs中CD19 B细胞、CD43 细胞和CD43 CD19 B细胞数量显著高于对照组,PM患者PBMCs中CD43 细胞数量显著高于对照组,DM患者PB-MCs中的CD19 B细胞和CD43 细胞的数量显著高于对照组,但PM和DM患者之间这些指标均无显著性差异。结论PM/DM患者PBMCs中B细胞数量的升高与其自身抗体产生有关,B细胞上CD43分子表达上调对B细胞增殖、分化和抗体分泌类型转换起正性调节作用,是PM/DM自身抗体产生的重要原因。

Abstract:Objective: To measure the expression of CD43 molecule and its significances in patients with polymyositis (PM) and dermatomyositis (DM). Methods: The expressions of CD43 molecule on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and B cells (CD19 ) were measured using two-color fluorescent-labeled antibodies and flowcytometry.Results: The numbers of CD19 B cell, CD43 PBMCs and CD43 CD19 B cell in patients with PM/DM was significantly higher than those in control group. The number of CD43 PBMCs was significantly higher in patients with PM than that in control group, while the numbers of both CD19 B cell and CD43 cell were significantly higher in patients with DM than those in control group. There were no significant difference between the patients with PM and the patients with DM in terms of the expression of CD43 and CD19. Conclusion : The increased number of B cells was correlated with the production of autoantibodies in patients with PM/DM. The increased expression of CD43 on the surface of B cells might play positive regulation in B cell proliferation, differentiation and the type of secreted antibody, and is the important cause of the production of autoantibodies in PM/DM.
