登革病毒对人体淋巴细胞SCE的影响

摘    要:本文报道30例离体培养的人体外周血淋巴细胞于加入登革Ⅱ型病毒前后的SCE值改变.结果表明:登革Ⅱ型病毒可以提高人体外周血淋巴细胞的SCE值,说明该病毒对人体淋巴细胞染色体具有损伤作用。实验还观察到不同个体的淋巴细胞在加入登革Ⅱ型病毒后,其SCE率的升高有一定的个体差异,说明了染色体或DNA损伤程度的不等。

Abstract:The increase of SCE rate was observed in human peripheral blood lymphocytes co-cultured with Dengue-2 virus. This suggests that Dengue virus can damage the chromosomes of its host cells.In addition, the study found that SCE rates were statistically different among the different individuals after the treatment of Dengue-2 virus. This may suggest that genetic susceptibility exist in the development of Dengue virus infection.
