中枢神经系统OMgp的研究进展

摘    要:中枢神经系统(CNS)损伤后轴突再生相当困难,长期以来,研究人员通过各种途径寻找其原因并试图攻克这一难关。少突胶质细胞髓鞘糖蛋白是最近发现的CNS髓鞘中的一种重要轴突抑制成分,是CNS髓鞘来源的轴突再生抑制因子之一,并因在体外培养时具有很强的轴突生长抑制作用而成为当前研究的热点。

Abstract:Axon regeneration after injury in the central nervous system(CNS)is considerably difficult.For a long time,people have been trying to overcome this difficulty while searching for the reasons through various approaches.Being one of the axonal inhibitory factors of CNS myelin sheath,oligodendrocyte-myelin glycoprotein is an essential axonal inhibitor of CNS myelin source.It has become the focus of recent researches for its strong inhibitional effect on axons shown in culture in vitro.
