男女不育患者解脲脲原体检测及临床意义

目的:了解检测解脲脲原体在男女不育患者检测的临床意义.方法:分析不明原因不育患者150例,男90例,女60例.采集男性精液或女性分泌物接种于UU液体培养基中培养观察结果.用K-B法测定药敏.结果:150例患者中UU阳性为81例,阳性率为53.3%.其中男性为43例,阳性率为47.7%;女性为38例,阳性率为63.3%.结论:解脲脲原体的检测在男女不育症患者中有非常重要的临床意义.

Detection of ureaplasma urealyicum in male and female sterile and its clinical significance

Objective To understand the detection of ureaplasma urealyicum in male and female sterile and its clinical significance. Methods 150 patients, 90 male cases and 60 female cases. To collect the male patient's semen or female patient's secreta inoculating with UU liquid culture medium and observe its results. To use K-B law to determine medicine agile. Results Of 150 patients, there were 80 cases of UU masculine gender and the masculine gender rate was 53.3%. Among them, there were 43 male patients and the masculine gender rate was 47.7%, there were 38 female cases and the masculine gender rate was 63.3%. Conclusion Detection of ureaplasma urealyicum in male and female sterile has a critical clinical significance.
