摘    要:目的:对460颗后牙凹坑状磨牙缺损的牙齿进行相应方法的治疗,来探索老年人口腔磨耗牙的治疗方法。方法:对460颗后牙凹坑状磨耗缺损,采取2次方法进行充填治疗。首先采取脱敏剂脱敏,多次少许磨除牙体组织,适当备洞。较深窝洞,用光固化氢氧化钙盖髓,ZOE暂封。第二次复诊,去除暂封物,用复合体或聚合体垫底,3ME250光固化复合树脂充填,调殆抛光,表面涂光固化粘结剂光照20s。结果:通过上述治疗半年一2年半的观察,460颗后牙凹坑状磨耗缺损的患牙充填物完好,423颗症状消失或减轻。有效率达90.21%。结论:脱敏剂+复合体或聚合体垫底+3ME250复合树脂充填术治疗后牙凹坑状磨耗缺损是临床上一种较好方法。在实际工作中,我们应根据患者具体情况采取相应的治疗措施,从而达到保留患牙的目的。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical treatment for teeth crater attrition in elderly patients. Methods: Crater attritions in 460 molars were filled throught two procedures. Firstly, cavities were prepared after desensitizing and gradual grinding. For the deeper cavities, capping was performed with the light-curing calcium hydroxide, and temporal filling was achieved with ZOE. Secondly, on retrial, cavities were based with composite, and filled with 3ME250 fillings composite resin after removing the temporary. Finally, after adjusting occlusions and polishing, the light-cured bonding agents were wiped, followed by illumination for 20 seconds. Results: After six months and thirty months observation, all of the fillings in 460 molars were complete. Symptoms were improved in 423 cases. The effective ratio was 90.21%. Conclusions: 3ME250composite resin filling combined with desensitizer based with compositewas proved to be an effective method to treat crater attrition in molars. In practice, to preserve the teeth, corresponding measures should be taken according to specific conditions of different patients.
