摘    要:目的探讨单次激发快速自旋回波(SSh-TSE)序列在消除头部MRI运动伪影的应用价值。方法回顾性分析46例日常头部MR检查中出现躁动或不能自控的患者,使用SSh-TSE进行T2WI扫描,并与常规的快速自旋回波(TSE)序列T2WI进行比较。结果46例应用SSh—TSE进行头部T2WI扫描的图像明显减少或消除了运动伪影(P〈0.05)。结论在不需要镇静的情况下,应用SSh—TSE成像技术可加快成像速度,明显减少或消除患者因运动引起的伪影,显著提高图像质量,获得具有临床诊断价值的图像。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the single-shot TSE(SSh-TSE)technique in elimi-nating artifacts of motion in MRI of brain. Methods The brain T2-weighted images acquired by using both single-shot TSE and conventional TSE technique from 46 pa-tients who could not cooperate to MR scanning were retrospective analyzed and compared.
