摘    要:目的 探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染和支气管哮喘发作的关系以及CD40L和CD25的作用。方法 分别对26例MP感染组、24例MP感染并支气管哮喘组、23例支气管哮喘组及25例正常健康儿童组,用PMA和离子霉素刺激外周血单个核细胞,采用流式细胞仪检测CD4+T细胞上CD40L和CD25的表达。结果 支气管哮喘组和MP感染组CD4+T细胞上CD25的表达均有增高。MP感染并支气管哮喘组CD25在CD4+T细胞上的表达高于MP感染非支气管哮喘组(JD

Study of CD40L and CD25 expression in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and bronchial asthma

Abstract:Objective To find out the relationship between mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) and bronchial asthma, and the mechanism of CD40L/CD25. Methods There were 26 patients infected by MP without bronchial asthma, 24 bronchial asthma combined with MP, 23 bronchial asthma without MP and 23 normal controls. After peripheral blood mononuclear cell ( PBMC ) were stimulated with anti-PMA and ionomycin, CD40L and CD25 in CD4 + T cell expression were determined by flow cytometric analysis. Results CD25 in CD4 + T cell expression was higher in the asthma group as well as the MP group . CD25 in CD4 + T cell was also higher in bronchial asthma group combined with MP than in bronchial asthma group without MP(P < 0. 05 ). Without stimulation by anti-PMA and ionomycin, CD25 expression in CD4 + T cell was markedly higher both in MP group and asthma group than in control group(P < 0.0001). Being stimulated by anti-PMA and ionomycin for 3 h, CD40L expression in asthma group combined with MP was the highest in the four groups, compared to the asthma group without MP, the difference was significant (P <0. 0001). Conclusion Because CD40L and CD25 is highly expressed in PBMC patients with bronchial asthma combined with MP, higher CD40L and CD25 expression in children with MP pneumonia may be one of the mechanisms inducing bronchial asthma or making it more severe.
