摘    要:[目的]用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定怀地黄(rehmannia glutinosa)中的锌。[方法]以琼脂为悬浮剂,将粉碎、过筛的怀地黄样品均匀、稳定地悬浮于琼脂溶胶中,直接喷入空气。乙炔火焰中,采用标准加入法测定。[结果]用该法测定怀地黄样品中的锌,与湿法对照,准确度、精确度差异均无统计学意义。[结论]悬浮液进样一火焰原子吸收光谱法可便捷准确地测定怀地黄样品中的锌。

Abstract:[Objective] To determine the concentrations of zinc in rehmanniae glutinosa by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).[Methods] Agar sol was used as a suspending agent.Crushed and sieved rehmanniae glutinosa sample was suspended homogeneously in the agar sol and introduced into air-acetylene flame,then zinc in the sample was determined directly.[Results] It has been ap,plied to the determination of zinc in rehmanniae glutinosa,and the determined results were consistent with those obtained by HNO_3 H_2SO_4 HCIO_4 method.[Conclusion] It is possible to determine the sample of rehmanniae glutinosa by suspension sample introuction method.This method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
